background: my college graduation marked twelve years since we moved to california and i had only one wish for my parents: a chance to see and celebrate with family and friends in the philippines, which resulted in this elaborate affair... during which i quickly realized i can't be both the celebrant and photographer, but i stubbornly caught a few detail shots anyways.
